My name is Erinni Binikos and I am certified to teach Early Childhood and Special Education. I got my Bachelor's degree from East Stroudsburg University in May 2020. Growing up in a big, fat, Greek, family - family was always the most important thing to me. My culture is such a beautiful thing I love to share with other people. I grew up bilingual and learned Greek dance at the the age of four. I have a large family who has been there for me in good times and in difficult times. I have learned so much about work ethic and knowledge from my parents. I am the oldest sibling and cousin, so I have always been an outlet of inspiration. My aunt once told me, "If you have education, you can overthrow anyone who has more money than you with your knowledge." That statement has stuck with me since I was child as a reminder, to work hard and learn from my mistakes.
